NLMK Group, a global steel company, held the first corporate training forum in Russia in partnership with the Higher School of Economics Graduate School of Business. More than 300 managers and experts of the country's leading corporate universities and business schools, heads of HR departments, and Edtech companies gathered to discuss the current challenges in employee training and development in a changing environment.

The forum was held at the new NLMK Corporate University campus in Lipetsk. Participants exchanged best practices, discussed current needs and wants of companies with regard to employee training, advanced formats of personnel development, and ways to evaluate the effectiveness of corporate training.

Experts named the key trends, which include the increasing role of corporate universities in company transformation, developing a unified leadership culture and skills of working in a constantly changing environment, and creating a development ecosystem that encompasses company employees and their business partners and customers.
