Sergey has been with the Company since 1988 and was appointed Head of Rolling in 2010. He graduated from the Lipetsk Polytechnic Institute. He holds the Merited Metallurgist of the Russian Federation award. Also, he was awarded a Certificate of appreciation from the RF Ministry of Economic Affairs.
