The work at Novolipetsk gives me social, professional and communicative guarantees: labour safety and an equitable pay, ongoing training, and, as a consequence, promotion, a friendly and interesting team. I see the future of our Company in the development of new advanced technologies, and tools and in retaining of what has already been achieved. The use of innovation, in my opinion, is not possible without ensuring the continuity of generations. Therefore teamwork means a lot to me, especially when it is a team of professionals, looking to the future with confidence, going forward to reach clear objectives and knowing their business.
