Vladimir Savorona

Education: Higher education, metallurgical engineer
Graduated from Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute, specializing in "Heat engineering and automation of metallurgical furnaces" in 1983, the same year he started to work at NLMK.

From 1992 to 2006, he served as Head of Training Department, Deputy Head of Personnel Development Department, and Deputy Head of Career Support Office. Between 2006 and 2014, he worked as Chief Specialist in HR with the Office of Vice-President for HR & Management System. Since 2015, he holds the position of Head of Professional Development Office.

He was awarded a diploma of Novolipetsk Steel, a diploma of Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, and the honorary title "Veteran of Labour at NLMK".

Sergey Tchepygov

Education: Higher education, metallurgical engineer. Graduated from Lipetsk State Technical University majoring in "Metallurgy and heat treatment of metals" in 2004.

Employed by NLMK since 2004.

Between 2011 and 2015, he worked as Chief Specialist in HR with the Office of Vice-President for HR & Management System.

Has been serving as Head of Corporate Training Centre within the Professional Development Department since 2015.
