Evgeniya Polozova

In 2005, Evgeniya Polozova graduated with honours from the Lipetsk Metallurgical College and got a job as a laboratory chemical analysis assistant at NLMK's Technical Control Department. She has worked her way up from laboratory assistant to a chemist engineer. She is a double winner of the Best laboratory chemical analysis assistant competition in the Best young employee category. She is a semi-finalist of the contest Young Leader of NLMK 2013, member of the talent pool.

In 2011, she graduated from Lipetsk State Technical University and in 2015 from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Evgeniya comments:

- Working in the field of analytical chemistry has taught me responsibility, accuracy and constant analysis of the processes that affect the results of my work. There are no trifles.

Having accumulated extensive experience in the field of quality control, Evgeniya continued to work as an engineer at NLMK's Centre of Management Systems and Scientific and Technical Information.

- Now my main goal is to update the regulatory documents database in the field of standardization and ensure that all NLMK's divisions have the necessary standards at hand, - says Evgeniya. - In my line of work, it is essential to track all changes to the standards used in our company in a timely manner because the production efficiency largely depends on our compliance with their requirements. Standardization is a very dynamic field; it creates an opportunity for my further professional development.
