Sergei holds a degree from Lipetsk State Technical University. He joined Novolipetsk as an electrician working on the production shop floor and then at the recovery cogeneration plant. Today, Sergei is with the Energy Markets Department.

In 2005, Evgeniya Polozova graduated with honours from the Lipetsk Metallurgical College and got a job as a laboratory chemical analysis assistant at NLMK's Technical Control Department. She has worked her way up from laboratory assistant to a chemist engineer.

After school, Alexander Lychagin enrolled in professional lyceum No. 21, choosing the speciality of Wiring electrician. His first experience at NLMK Alexander got in the production of hot-rolled steel, being a staff member of a contractor.

Alexander Kislekov was among the winners when Novolipetsk reviewed the efficiency of innovation and improvement projects in 2014. He was part of the group whose idea had the greatest monetary impact, generating 305.5 million rubles in savings.

Alexander graduated from Lipetsk State Technical University majoring in Mechanical Engineering. After military service, he joined Novolipetsk Steel as an engineer within Production Efficiency Improvement Department.
